Today, I would like for you to start thinking about some possible topics. Choose three topics that are of interest to you. They could be anything: sports team, artist, actor/actress, club/organization, celebrity, college, sports figure, car brand, etc., etc. The options are endless!
For each of the three topics you have chosen, brainstorm what you already know about the topic without looking anything up.

DeleteShoes- I can talk about how I love all kinds of shoes, sneakers, boots and heels , etc. How much I pay for my shoes. Why I love my shoes so much. What interest me about shoes. What I go for looking at shoes. Certainly I don’t care for comfort but I usually like interest colors. If there comfortable that’s just a plus but colors are important to me. Also the style of the shoe makes me go nuts and that’s why I love shoes. I don’t care about what brand , but then I actually do. To be a person who loves shoes, you don’t care as long as you like it. Shoes are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteFood- I Love chicken, I love chicken nuggets. I think that chicken is a very important animal. Its very delicious and chicken are cute. I wish I had a chicken coop. They give you fresh eggs, and delicious chicken. You can eat chicken a healthy way or the fried and fatty delicious way. I think fat makes OUR food taste so much better.
Art(Drawing, paintings, sculpture)-I am all about art. I take two art classes and I want to become an art teacher some day. Art makes me so happy and relaxes me. Its fun to do, I usually don’t do art on my free time I usually do art most of the time!

Three topics I would like to write about would be about a certain country that I would like to visit, a college I would like to go to, and food. The country that I would like to visit when I’m older is Italy. My family is italian and it would be nice to see where they came from and explore the whole country. Italy is known for amazing food, great vineyards, and fashion. To explore all these things would be a great adventure for me and I would be able to meet new people and try new things. Another thing that I would like to write about is the college that I would like to go to in the future.
ReplyDeleteThe colleges that I would like to attend is either Coastal Carolina, University of Florida or Bryant University. All three of these schools are division 1 for softball and have great programs for the medical field that I want to go into. And another thing that I would like to write about is food. There are so many different kinds of food out there and it would be amazing to try all of them. Ib also enjoy baking and would like to start baking different things.
Italy is very broad. You would definitely have to narrow it down, Food is also too broad. What specific food would you like to focus on in your research?? good start!
DeleteThree topics that interest me are the Detroit Lions, rapper eminem, and rapper MGK. The Detroit Lions are an NFL team formed in 1929 originally in Portsmouth Ohio before moving to Detroit in 1934. The Lions are owned by the Ford’s. They have won four NFL championships, but the last one they won was in 1957. The Detroit Lions are the first and only team to have a record of 0-16. They lost every game they played in 2008. In 2009 with the first overall pick in the NFL draft they drafted quarterback Matthew Stafford who brought the team to a record of 2-14. Over the next few seasons they began to win more and more and in the 2011 season they made it into playoffs. In 2014, the Lions made playoffs again and lost on Wildcard weekend when the referees pickedd up a pass interference flag. The 205 season the Lions started out 1-7 in the first half of the season. After firing offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi and promoting quarterback coach Jim Bob cooter, the lions went on to win six of their last eight games. The lions experienced two devastating losses because of the refs, the lions missed playoffs. Another topic I am interested in is Detroit rapper Eminem. Marshall Mathers was born on October 17, 1972 in St Joseph Missouri. He has one child of his own and two children he adopted from family members who were unable to care for them. Eminem has released eight studio albums. His first was released in 1999. The last topic I am interested in is Cleveland raised rapper MGK. MGK has released two albums. His first album he released is called Lace Up and he released it in 2012. His second album called General Admission which was released in 2015.

Delete1 My first topic is Eminem. What I know about him is when he was a kid he used to get picked on a lot and he used to switch schools constantly. One day this kid beat him into a coma and he was in the hospital for 10 days. He made a song about the bully called “Brain Damage”. He took up rapping in high school before dropping out after failing 9th grade 3 times. After he left school he would go to this hip hop shop where his friend proof would host local rap battles. Proof had a group of rappers called D12 there is only 6 of them but each one of them has an alias so each one of them can have a darker side to them. Eminems alias was Slim Shady. Eminem came in 2nd place for the Rap Olympics in 1997 and fans treated his Slim Shady EP like it was garbage. A fan came up and asked if he could have a copy of it and he ended up bringing it to Dr. Dre and he payed for eminems trip to L.A. and he recently had gotten evicted from the house he was living in so he broke inside and stayed the night
ReplyDelete2 My second topic is N.W.A. ok so in this group you hav eDr. Dre, Eazy- E, Ice Cube, MC Ren and DJ Yella. Eazy was a dope dealer so he was making all the money and Dre and Yella were DJ’s at a local club and Dre asked eazy to invest in studio time and the whole music idea. He did and eazy didn’t want to become a rapper at first but he was peer presured and made “Boys in The Hood” which was the #1 requested song for 6 weeks in a row. Back then there was no such thing as gangster rap but N.W.A. made it a thing but they didn’t call there art gangster rap they called it “Reality Raps”.
3 My 3rd topic is cannibalism because I don’t know what to talk about but there are 3 didderent kinds of cannibalism exo- cannibalism is when you eat a stranger, indo- cannibalism is when you eat someone you know and auto- cannibalism is when you eat yourself.

DeleteThe first topic I like is Marvel movies. I watched most of those types of movies and I find them very interesting. Somethings I know about it is that during the filming of the second Avengers movie, the actress of Black Widow was pregnant and had trouble with some of the scenes. Another thing I know is that the actor for DeadPool took his suit after the last day of shooting because he waited so long to do the movie he just wanted to keep the suit. I also know that in the second Avengers movie, Steve Rogers moved Thor’s hammer a bit, but in the comics, Tony Stark was worthy to hold the hammer. The second topic I like to talk about is my favorite bands. These bands include, Fall out Boy, Twenty-one Pilots, MCR, and Panic! At The Disco. Some facts that I know is that after the first two albums from P!ATD, two members of the band left. Also after the third album, another member, leaving only one, Brendon Urie. But he got new members like Dallon Weekes for the fifth album. He then became a one man band, and did a whole album by himself. Fall out Boy did a tour with P!ATD and Twenty-one Pilots once. They also did a song with Brendon called 20 Dollar Nosebleed. MCR broke up in 2013 and their last song they did together was Helena. The third topic I like is murder mysteries. One example is Jack the Ripper; The thing the fascinates me is he didn’t get caught after many years. But I think scientists now discovered his true identity. I just think it’s cool and interesting about the murders. Yes, I know it’s weird and messed up for me to look at murders but it’s cool to me and I learn new things.

DeleteFashion- The first topic I’m gonna talk about is fashion or more specifically, clothes. I love designer brands like Chanel, Moschino and etc. I do have a very different fashion taste then anyone I go to school with. Where instead of wearing PINK yoga pants and a sweatshirt, I would rather wear a skirt with a blush pink fur coat and heels. I think fashion is a way to express yourself and people should be able to wear whatever they want. Shoes are also obviously a part of fashion and I think brands like Valentino, Loubouton and Prada have the prettiest shoes. Fashion is honestly an important thing in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteMakeup- My second topic is makeup. I’ve never really been that into makeup but I'm starting to be more obsessed with it. People say makeup is like a costume and if you wear it you’re “fake” but I disagree. Makeup is a form of art where your face is the canvas and the makeup is the art tool. You can also express yourself with makeup. Anyone of any gender can wear makeup. Makeup was more influenced in the 1920’s which is when Coco Chanel first came out with makeup and etc. My favorite brands of makeup are Too Faced, Anastastia Beverly Hills, Ysl and Mac. Makeup is art
Designer bags- My last topic is designer handbags. I don’t have a ton but I still am obsessed with them. Brands like Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Ysl are my favorites. Handbags were starting to be more used in the 1900’s. Designer handbags are usually much more expensive than normal ones, but they are better in ways like quality and appearance. The first designer handbag was made around the 1830’s, it was Hermes, and the brand is still around today.
You and I like some of the same things! Now it is time to narrow down your choices and pick one specific topic :-)
ReplyDeleteTo me soccer is more than a sport it is a way to get rid of stress and also a motivation for me in school. Soccer is the most diverse sport in the world with millions of fans. In order to Play a organize soccer game you will need eleven players 4 defenders three mid fielders and three forwards. The length of a professional soccer field is a 100 yards. The next world cup for soccer will take place in the summer of 2018.

The objective of basketball is to being the ball from tone side of the curt and shooting it in the net. Basket ball is most famous in the United States; however it is rapidly spreading to other countries around the world. Including China, Russia, Germany and more. Basketball is now part of the Olympics and is growing its fan base.
Jamaican is a island located in the Caribbean, it is around the size of Rhode island. Its population is around 2 million people. The main language in Jamaican is English. The capital of Jamaica is Kingston. Kingston is the largest city in Jamaica but also the most violent. Jamaica is a great place for vacation and is also a great place to live.
These are good topics! I think they are all a little broad though. You would need to pick a team or one aspect of the sports b/c otherwise you would have way too much information. The same thing with Jamaica...what specifically could you focus on?
DeleteMy topic of choice is GUN CONTROL. Within the last 8 years since President Obama became President there has been 23 mass shootings in the country that have made national news. From movie theaters, malls, military bases and recruiting offices, and schools. Around 450 people have been killed or injured in a mass shooting since 2008. President Obama feels that a sort of “Gun Control” would put an end to these mass shottings and mass casualties. “On Jan. 5, 2016, President Obama unveiled his new strategy to curb gun violence in America. His proposals focus on new background check requirements that will enhance the effectiveness of the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), and greater education and enforcement efforts of existing laws at the state level.” (National Conference of State Legislatures) People will always have or be able to get guns no matter what plan of Gun Control comes into effect or a type of gun ban if it ever happens. Whenever there is a mass shooting no matter the extent of it, people are so quick to blame the Gun for killing and injuring the people and come up with an excuse on why the person did it and say he has problems but no matter what it is NOT the gun, it is the person using the gun. They are placing signs saying “Gun Free Zone”, Sandy hook elementary school was a “Gun Free Zone” but yet a nutjob with a gun killed 20 children between the age of 6-7 and 6 adults. All of the important politicians that are for taking guns away and having a form of gun control are protected by guns on a daily basis. I personally know A LOT of people who own guns and they know not to go and shoot up movie theaters, malls, military bases and recruiting offices, and schools. I feel like having any form of gun control is absolute stupidity because in the long run it will never work out. In the constitution it staes in the 2nd ammendment that we the people have the right to bear arms which mean own a gun or guns without the government being able to tell us we cant unless we are a convicted felon or have mental problems then I can understand it is for the safety of everyone else but there are many good people in this country who own guns that have passed their background checks.

DeleteI am interested in SVU Detecting. SVU stands for Special Victims Unit. I am interested in this type of detecting because it focuses on helping juveniles and helping people with a darker, alternative life. The SVU always helps with cases that have to do with the elderly. I love the idea of being a SVU detective, Solving hard crimes but helping children at the same time to me is priceless. One day I hope to become an SVU detective one day.
ReplyDeleteThe San Diego Chargers are my favorite football team. Their colors consist of powder blue, navy blue, white, and yellow. My favorite Jersey they wear is the navy colored jersey. It looks really cool with the navy helmet with yellow lighting bolt as their logo on the helmet they wear. They have never won a Super Bowl sadly, they had only been to one and lost to the San Francisco 49ers.My favorite Charger of all time is Ladanian Tomilson who is their retired hall of fame running back. Ladainian played nine tremendous seasons with the chargers. The Chargers did not do to great this year however, I hope next year will be better. GO CHARGERS! #BOLT UP!
My favorite football offense definitely would have to be the Pistol. Two wide receivers, two slot backs and a vociferous fullback behind the quarterback is what makes up this offense. In this offense you can run an up-tempo , no huddle package where you just throw the ball and let it fly. Then when it is second and two or any short yardage play all you have to do is give it to the fullback and let him plow through the line. You can also run a lot of read and triple option. If I were to become a football coach this would most definitely be the offense I would use

DeleteI'm interested in the fashion world but i'm only into like street wear i'm inspired by kanye west i like his homeless and military vibe that he gives to his type of clothing and also because because is futurist and modern. Kanye made it very clear that he considered himself a curator rather than a designer; pulling various influences together to package them in a new way, rather than creating an aesthetic entirely of his own.

Aerial- Aerial is a sport that is used to compete using fabrics. How to do aerial is you are practically dancing on a fabric. The fabrics are strong enough to hold you. You can do all different things for example you can do drops. Aerial is very cool and fun. Music and what kind of types there are. And sports and what kind of sports are played where and how they are played.

ReplyDeleteWhy people can't put their phones down?- Most people feel very attached to their phones because they feel lost without it. People have the need to know everything that's going on. If they don't they start to panic. They text their friends constantly. They check all the social media accounts and see what is going on. People are just so plugged into their phones they don't realize it until they don't have there phone or they can't access the account they have been obsessed with from day one.
Why people join sports during high school and don't pursue them after school?-Some people don't pursue sports after high for one simple reason they don't have the time. With college and a job when do you really have time to do that after school unless they go to school for it. Another reason is maybe they don't really want to and they just wanted to do something during high school to be apart of a team. This is different for many people. They may not want to be a professional player. But the question is why put so much effort and time into something that you don't want to have anything to do later in life.
Why do some people not go to college?- There are multiple reasons for this. One of the main reasons is money. Some people just will not have the money and the long run and that is a problem. Another reason is that they might not want to go to a college for literature of something they want to go for a trade but in all it is their decision.
The O.J. Simpson Trial in 1995 was one of the most disputed and controversial cases in American history. Government funded, they run annual inspections of all businesses selling, or transporting food to the public. Although the FDA is supposedly watched over and strictly enforced, there have been countless accusations of corruption, which could be harming the citizens of America, "legally."
